If you're using our voice service then the cost for this is a straight 13p per minute + your network's access charge.

On our text chat service we operate a credit system, your first £10.00 will be FREE after that we bill in £5.00 increments by sending a billed text message to your phone. Once the bill is delivered we will add the credit to your account for you to spend sending messages to other users. Every time you send a message your credit will go down by 50p, when it goes under £0.00 we will send another billed message to your phone.

Can I show people what I look like and see what they look like?

If you're using our text service it's easy to see photo profiles of other users.

To upload your own text IMAGE to 85722 and follow the instructions sent.

To see photos of other people text PICS to 85722 and we will send you three random photo profiles of the closest people to you.

If you want to see what a specific user looks like just text PHOTO followed by their six digit number to 85722 and we will send you that photo plus two more.

All photo messages (sent in bundles of 3) are a cost of £1.00 which will be deducted from your credit with us.

Will I receive spam text messages?

By using any of our services you opt in to receive free promotional text messages, we will only send you text messages about other services we think you may be interested in.

It's never our intention to intrude or invade when sending these and causing any kind of offence is the last thing we want to do.

If you're not interested in receiving these and want us to leave you alone then just text PSTOP to 85722 and your number will automatically be added to our block list.

How do I stop using the service & can I get a refund?

If you feel unhappy with the Chat & Flirt service then we will do all we can to resolve any problems.

Where we are unable to resolve the issues then you can apply for a refund in writing with proof of charges either by email or by post and we will look in to the request and respond asap.
